Order Processing
Once you place your order, it will be packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Need to make a change or cancel? Reach out to us as soon as possible at support@dijie.me or through the app — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but we can't guarantee it once it's headed to our fulfillment center.
Pre-Order Items
If an item is available for pre-order, this will be clearly noted on the product page before checkout. Pre-order delivery timelines will vary and will be communicated on the product page.
Shipping
We offer free Express Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you need special delivery accommodations, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before reaching out. If your package is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, allow 3 business days from the delivery date, as some carriers experience tracking lags. Still can't find it? Returns & Refunds
Shop risk-free with free 14-day returns, starting from your delivery date.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging included. Return shipping charges may apply.
To initiate a return, email us at support@dijie.me or open the app. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be deposited to your account within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take full responsibility for any products damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Please send a photo to support@dijie.me and we'll make it right.
